Dewayne Sims – Meridian, TX

Rev. Dewayne Sims is the founder of Men of the Hour. What started as a personal Kingdom challenge has turned into a powerful ministry that has quickly become mobile in the US and abroad.

Dewayne has been married to his wife, Kristal, for over 21 years. Together, they have 3 wonderful children: Jarron, Gavin, and DeLayna.

Rev. Sims is an Ordained Minister with the UPCI and he and Kristal are Associated Ministers with Global Missions. Together, they evangelize full time and are active in international ministry.

Rick Martin – Lufkin, TX

Rev. Rick Martin is responsible for making the final push that launched Men of the Hour. He is a visionary and a plank owner of this ministry. Rev. Martin’s Kingdom efforts include founder of E2S (Equipping To Serve) for the Texas District, Senior Pastor in Alamogordo, New Mexico, Senior Pastor in Austin, Texas, Texico District Home Missions Director, and Administrative Director of America On Fire (San Francisco). Rev. Martin is a staff Pastor at Eastview UPC in Lufkin, Texas and also an adjunct instructor at Texas Bible College. Along with these active ministry endeavors, Rev. Martin is the co-founder and President of R.O.M. Group – a consulting firm for church leadership and growth workshops. He is also the founder and owner of Interior Motives, a commercial interior design business that specializes in church design.

Ben Bouren – Center Line, MI

Ben Bouren is a licensed minister with the UPCI. He and his wife, Beth, reside in Michigan along with their three girls, Abigail, Eleanor, and Talia.

He serves under Pastor Marvin G. Walker at Faith Apostolic Church in Troy, Michigan. The Bouren’s serve together in various ministry venues, including Global Missions Director at FACT, leading worship, preaching, Hyphen student ministry, prayer, and Bible Studies.

Ben is a graduate of Purpose Institute and is a member of the Michigan District Global Missions team. He has traveled abroad on mission trips to Belize and El Salvador. Ben and Beth are currently pursuing Assocated Minister approval through Global Missions. His vision is to serve and advance the Kingdom of God through discipleship, and empowering and equipping families.

Justin Bullard – Lufkin, TX

Rev. Justin Bullard is married to Veronica and is the proud dad of Madison and Elisabeth. He has served in district leadership capacities, as well as Youth Pastor, Assistant Pastor, and Evangelist. In addition, he has served in leadership on multiple non-profit and civic boards.

He is currently the Associate Pastor of Eastview UPC in Lufkin, Texas.

Chad Mooney – Tyler, TX

Rev. Chad Mooney is Pastor of FAC of Tyler. He began his ministry in 2003 as Youth Pastor of First UPC of Euless. He evangelized throughout Texas and the surrounding states from 2009-2010 until he became Assistant Pastor of First UPC of Euless.

He has served in the Texas District as Sectional Youth Director over the DFW area, Youth Ministry Promotions Director, and Section 2 Men’s Leader.

Pastor Mooney has a passion for people to see their lives changed by the love of God. He has been married to Danelle for 16 years and is blessed with two sons, Carson and Landon.

Keith Phillips – Atmore, AL

Rev. Keith Phillips is a licensed minister with the UPCI. He and his wife, Amy, have been been married for 30 years and have three children: Jacob, Lori Beth, and Caleb. Together, Rev. and Sis. Phillips have been full time evangelists for 17 years. They have traveled extensively throughout the US and have ministered in crusades internationally.

Rev. Phillips brings a unique and powerful evangelistic component to Men of the Hour.

Derek Sherrill – Arab, AL

Rev. Derek Sherrill is married to Mary Sherrill and they have two sons, AnDrew and Matthew. He has traveled as an Evangelist and has served as Youth Pastor and Assistant Pastor. He is the founder and Chairman of the Board of Life House Deliverance Center for Men and Women in Arab, Alabama.

He currently serves as Pastor of New Life Church in Arab, Alabama.

Jonathan Sherrill – Town Creek, AL

Together, Jonathan and his wife Lacy have been involved in local church ministry since 2005 at Harvestfield Church in Hillsboro, Alabama under Pastor Gerald Sherrill.

Jonathan is the Vice President of the largest privately owned bank in Alabama and he also serves his community on the board of many non-profit organizations.

The Sherrills greatest joy is their three children, Kayleigh, Kennedy, and Easton.

Jocsan Tinoco – Copperas Cove, TX

Rev. Jocsan Tinoco is a licensed minister with the UPCI. He and his wife, Kela, are blessed with three wonderful children: Isaac, Karissa, and Addison.

The Tinocos have been in Copperas Cove, Texas for 14 years. During their time there, they have served as Youth Pastor, Music Director, and Assistant Pastor. Since 2015, they have served as Pastor at Copperas Cove.

Bro. Tinoco has served the Texas District as sectional youth director and as the Texas District Hyphen Director.
